Performance Event

A performance event is an act of staging or presenting a play, concert, or other forms of entertainment.

Performance Event

When planning a performance, be sure to reserve a space with adequate parking, accessibility requirements, and have enough space for the group.  Consider booking a green room and reception space, too.  Also, be sure to include all room setup and audio-video needs in your space reservation. Start planning ahead for a high-profile artist or a major facility, 6-8 weeks in advance for an artist in campus auditoria or spaces larger than 250 seats, and 4-6 weeks for classrooms and other small spaces.

  • Central Campus - Willard Straight Hall
    • Willard Straight Theater (fixed, tiered seating)
  • North Campus - Robert Purcell Community Center
    • Auditorium, Room 205 (fixed, tiered seating)
For assistance with audio-video, lighting, custodial, and other resources and supplies, please refer to the Event Resources page for more information.
