Performance Event

A performance event is an act of staging or presenting a play, concert, or another form of entertainment.

Performance Event

When planning a performance, be sure to reserve a space with adequate parking, accessibility requirements, and have enough space for the group.  Consider booking a green room and reception space, too.  Also, be sure to include all room setup and audio-video needs to your space reservation. Start planning ahead for a high profile artist or a major facility, 6-8 weeks in advance for an artist in campus auditoria or spaces larger than 250 seats, and 4-6 weeks for classrooms and other small spaces.
