Best Practices
- Please be aware that there is a two-day buffer for when you may submit an event request; this two-day buffer will restrict you from requesting space for that day and the following day. Schedulers have five (5) business days to respond to the request.
- If your event has activities that require the University Events Team (UET) approval, you need to submit your event request form at least four (4) weeks out. Visit the UET Webpage for more details.
