Edit Your Events
TIP: If your screen doesn't have the options listed in the instructions, select 25Live Pro at the top right; this will bring your screen back to your dashboard.
- Log in to Scheduling@Cornell.
- Select Events in which you are the Requestor. All the events that you have created will be listed.
- Under Name, select your event.
- Select Edit Event.
- Modify your event details. For more information, see Request an Event.
- Select Save.
Some fields cannot be changed. If you need to modify a locked field, contact the location’s scheduler (see instructions below).
If you have already submitted an Event Request Form and need to make changes or have a question for the Location’s Scheduler, please follow these steps:
- Log in to Scheduling@Cornell with your NetID and password.
- Select Go to Search
- Select Events and select Events You Have Requested
- Select the Name of the event in question
- Select Task List
- Select More Actions
- Select Email Event
- Select Scheduler
- If your name is under the Scheduler area, select Anyone with Assignment Tasks.
- Select Event Confirmation (Detailed) as an Attachment
- Type in your questions, request, or concern in the Message Body area
- Select Send
