Running Event Reports
Facilities, Building Coordinators, Building Care, and other campus partners need to know certain building(s) daily activities. There are several Event Reports available, here are the most commonly used reports:
There are several reports that you might find useful in your daily work. Take some time to review the reports available; go to Reports from the More menu in the upper right corner of the screen next to your name. Each report gives you a summary of what is in the report and a sample of the report itself. If you have any questions, please contact scheduling@cornell.edu for more assistance.
Getting Started
Before you can run reports, you need to create a location and an event search.
TIP: If your screen doesn't have the options listed in the instructions, select 25Live Pro at the top right; this will bring your screen back to your dashboard.
Step 1 – Creating Location Searches

Log in to 25Live PRO
- Select Search from the More menu in the upper right corner of the screen next to your name
- Select Locations in the Search Objects dropdown
- In the Search Locations, type in the building name of interest
- Select Search
- Select the star icon next to the Location(s) that you want in your Favorites list. It will turn yellow to indicate that it is in the “Starred” list. Selecting the star again will clear it and remove it from the list.
- Once you have all your rooms in that building starred, select Save As under the search name
- In the Save Search window, type the name of your Search in Search Name. For example, name it after the building, department name, or location(s) purpose.
- Select Yes for Add to starred searches
- Select Save
Repeat this step until all of your location(s) of interest searches have been starred.
Step 2 – Creating Event Searches in your Starred Locations

Log in to 25Live PRO
- Select Search from the More menu in the upper right corner of the screen next to your name
- Select Events in the Search Objects dropdown
- Select the Advanced option. If you don’t see the Advanced option, select the Reset next to Search
- Select Add Criteria
- Select Assign Locations
- Select Locations (via Search)
- Select EDIT
- In the Searches, select your saved location search (the saved search that you created in step #1)
- Select Done
- Select Search
- To save the search, select Save As under the search name
- In the Save Search window, type the name of your Search in Search Name. For example, name it after the building, department name, or location(s) purpose.
- Select Yes for Add to starred searches
- Select Save
Repeat this step until all of your location(s) of interest searches have been starred.
Run Reports
Depending on your browser's settings, the PDF will automatically download, ask what program to open the file with or ask if you want to save the file.
To run the Calendar of Events (3 Day, 5 Day, 7 Day) Report
- Log in to 25Live PRO
- Select Reports from the More menu in the upper right corner of the screen next to your name
- Select Event Reports
- Select Calendar of Events (3 Day, 5 Day, 7 Day) from the Select an item drop-down
- Select Report Parameters
a. Event Search: select a saved event search (the search you created in step #2)
b. Start Date: select the date you want the first day of the report to reflect
c. Location Search: select a saved location search (the search you created in step #1) - Select the Report Delivery Options
- Select the Report Format Options
- Select Run Report
To run the Daily Events Report

Log in to 25Live PRO
- Select Reports from the More menu in the upper right corner of the screen next to your name
- Select Event Reports
- Select Daily Events from the Select an item drop-down
- Select Report Parameters
a. Event Search: select a saved event search
b. Report Date: select the date you want the report to reflect
c. Location Search: select a saved location search - Select the Report Delivery Options
- Select the Report Format Options
- Select Run Report
To run the Monthly Calendar Report

Log in to 25Live PRO
- Select Reports from the More menu in the upper right corner of the screen next to your name
- Select Event Reports
- Select Event Monthly Calendar from the Select an item drop-down
- Select Report Parameters
a. Start Date: select the first date you want the report to reflect
b. End Date: select the last date you want the report to reflect
c. Event Search: select a saved event search - Select the Report Delivery Options
- Select Run Report
